We are one of the few European-style hillside vineyards in the area. The slopes are the ideal soil for grapes because they are well-drained soils with high mineral content as they are rocky and have ample exposure to the sun.
The same hands that grow the grapes make the wine, as we are grape producers we can choose the best bunches for our wines.
